Nasal Plastic Surgery/Rhinoplasty

Many people feel uncomfortable about the size or shape of their nose and are therefore self-conscious about their appearance. Nasal plastic surgery, or Rhinoplasty, is one of the most common cosmetic procedures performed today.

This surgical procedure can produce changes in the appearance, structure, and function of the nose. Rhinoplasty can reduce or increase the size of the nose, change the shape of the tip, narrow the width of the nostrils, or change the angle between the nose and the upper lip. This operation can help correct birth defects, nasal injuries, and help relieve some breathing problems.

Dr. Orloff is an expert in nasal plastic surgery and reconstruction procedures for sculpting a nose that looks beautiful and proportioned to the individual face.

As a result of his specialty training in facial surgery at UCLA, he is often called upon to correct birth defects and structural injuries. Many of his Rhinoplasty procedures also involve correcting a previous procedure or re-doing a procedure performed by another surgeon to create the appearance of the nose desired by the patient.

Rhinoplasty surgery is customized for each patient, depending on his or her needs. At your initial consultation, Dr. Orloff will discuss with you your desired goals, and together agree on a treatment plan to best meet those goals.

Vectra 3D technology will be utilized during your consultation so that every patient can actually see all possible outcomes. There are various procedures utilized to carry out this type of procedure, and Dr. Orloff will make a recommendation depending on the desired outcome.

Liquid Nose lift

Patients who want a quick fix to camouflage a bump or an irregularity on their nose may choose to have a precise injection of a filler. Various fillers can be used to smooth out the contours of the nose.  Injecting a filler will create an immediate change. Many patients love the change especially when they are getting ready for special events.
